Thanks for the comparison! As a matter of fact there are new tools almost everyday, especially for the online sort, and they evolve quickly.

Hi Michael, thanks for dropping by. At the moment I have no plans for reviewing commercial stuff, basically because the free offerings fully satisfy my needs. I do plan, however, to write a follow-up post with my opinion on the two tools that I have learned about since writing this one: Mindomo, mentioned by Nick in the comments, and Comapping, featured at Web Worker Daily.

Nick, you were very right - Mindomo is very impressive. And, it also allows import and export of Freemind files, so I guess I will use this one for the next days, see how it oges. Thanks for the tip!
