I noticed that you already have a new version out, and there are three different themes available, two of them without the bee, which is great. The grey one is perfect for my taste, so I'm using it from now on. I found the minimize button, but it doesn't minimize to the system tray, only to the task bar - this would be a very important feature for me. Minimize button is the one on the left, with the sign V. Regarding the bee, it's just in the bee skin. If you choose one of the other skins, there is no such animation. We wanted to use the bee like a symbol for the application. But I agree it's too much just to explain basic menus. We will add a setting to disable the bee animation. Thanks for the review.
